Gary Neville appointed England coach
Former Manchester United defender Gary Neville has joined Roy Hodgson's coaching staff as England finalise preparations for Euro 2012.
The 37-year-old has signed a four-year-contract with the Football Association and will begin work immediately.
"Gary has achieved so much in the game as a player with Manchester United and England," Hodgson said.
"At my first meeting with the FA, I explained that Gary was someone I wanted as part of my staff."

It's a shame for TV, as I think he's been a fantastic pundit for Sky this season.
I suspect he will carry on, but on a more limited basis and we won't see as much of him.
I think he'll be a good fit for the coaching staff and I'm pleased for the chap.
A fair bit of the hate that he's had over the years from other supporters seems to have died down this season as he's been a good pundit and not biased as heck as first thought.
A good appointment imo.
