I always carry a wallet in my back pocket. Feels like it stretches my trousers if it's anywhere else. Always take it out and put it on the table before sitting down though.

That's what you want! What you don't want is to carry it somewhere you won't notice if someone was to take it.

Phone in front right, smokes and change in front left, how is a wallet meant to fit in there as well?!

fyi; car keys in back left and wallet in back right

I have a small wallet slightly larger than a twenty pound note with pockets for notes, credit cards and driving license. Got mine in duty free but you’ll find them in large department stores. It never goes in a back pocket.
