Will you OC ? - Yes 4,5-4,6 GHz
What case do you use ? - Zalman z11
Do you care about the look of the cooler ? - Nope
What about the noise ? - It would be good to have a quite cpu cooler but i want the performance.

I have the Gelid Tranquillo V2 and it's awesome. Keeps my 3770K nice and cool and it's very quiet. Also really easy to install. Pics on the Z77 Sabretooth motherboard thread.

I have used the Gelid tranquillo a lot. It's a very good cooler for the price, I have overclocked plenty of i5 2500Ks to 4.4ghz at around 54 deg under full load with it.

I wouldnt say it was loud, obviously what temps you will get varies from CPU to CPU as well as your case and ambient temps
