Average , coming out of a slump right now really got maybe 6 good months under my belt since sorting myself out but diet hasnt been on point. Just about to get a blog going for the year probably do it here or maybe wordpress, should be interesting i wanna go from where i am now to doing some competitive regional lifting this time 2013. I just dont post around here anymore much because its gotten quite cliquey, there is one way or the highway.

"Pocket position" is wrong
His hang power snatches aren't great (although they get better having watched the rest of the videos)
Snatch balance is wrong
His power snatched aren't really very good
The progressions are good, but only once you've fixed the technical problems. He says it's a modified Glenn Pendlay progression, I suggest that he shouldn't have modified it![]()
