Once Facebook becomes less about social networking and more about social engineering you'll start to see users log off. By floating it on the stock exchange and becoming the lacky of profit driven share holders, Zukerberg has only sped up this process.

Probably a dumping of shares by some institutional investors? I don't know, I haven't paid much attention since the day (I've made what I want to, and FB is still too volatile for consideration).

Banks were buying the shares over their value to support the IPO, when enough small suckers had bought into it the banks sold quickly and together.

Lets not be fooled, the IPO was used to generate zuchs some profit from a popular but unprofitable company. That is all. Then he married his chinese bird.

Because people think that the profit it does make plus the expected future profits don't justify the price tag.

Facebook is very profitable but its no-where near profitable enough to justify its valuation and its going to go down for a good while longer I reckon.
