Are mobile phones just a fad?

Its easy to ignore emails, with text messages you are constantly reminded that you have an unread one via an envelope icon on the screen.

I had a letter box 12 years ago but I was unimpressed with letters coming through it.

It wasn't easy to ignore since there was a large pile of unopened envelopes in the hallway.

Keep the phone buy a new sim and don't give anyone your number.

This will become a new fad, people with phones that never ring or receive text messages, it will be amazing.

You my friend are a trend setter, you're going places.

Thanks for the chuckle :D

Ooo.. can we do this all day?

I had a car about 12 years. Whilst I liked the ability to drive around, I was unimpressed at people using their car's to come and see me. I just didn't see what the fascination was and I am amazed that over 10 years later it still seems to be popular with people.

So do you think the cars are a fad and when do you think the fad will die down?

I had a fap about 12 years ago. Whilst I liked the enjoyment I got out of it, I was unimpressed with other women wanting to do it for me. I didn't see what the fascination was and I'm amazed that over 10 years later it still seems to be popular with people.

I think poker_999 had his Poker Face on when posting this thread and you've all just lost the game :P

They may evolve into something completely different but pretty sure as long as we are not forced back into the dark ages we will continue to demand instant communication, entertainment and productivity. Good trollin'
