I have been given 6 weeks off from work (I just asked and they said it was OK!). It's coming into winter here now so its getting cold and I fancy somewhere warmer for a few weeks so have come up with a few choices:
1. Pop over to Oz (across the water so cheap!) and road trip around there for 6 weeks
2. Head to Asia and hit up Thailand and stay in a nice hotel for cheap and learn to dive, meet some of the local ladies (single again!)
3. Was thinking about heading back to the UK to visit friends/family/etc but flights are silly money now it is coming up to the Olympics and given I lived there most of my life it seems a waste of money flying back there when I can fly to Oz for $300 and have $3000 spending money left over compared to the $3300 I was quoted for a UK flight from Air New Zealand!
4. USA for another road trip (done it twice already but its always a laugh!)

Why would you book 6 weeks off for no reason
