hey guys

I wanted to see some nice beaches in england
I been to Brighton (don't like pebbles) Bournemouth (v good beach)
but what other beaches are there good to visit maybe bit more low key etc

Is Weymouth any good? Weymouth and durdle door doable in one day?

can travel up to 120 miles from london area via car.

thanks,

Southend - Clacton/Jaywick . if you are going that way East from London.

Durdle Door/Lulworth cove is alright and tbh you probably wouldn't want to be there for more than a few hours . Cant remember what access is like but its pretty steep i think?! Not been there for a long time. Could get very busy.

Weymouth has that incredibly long spit of sand that is a decent walk if you are into that kind of thing.

I love Weymouth. It can get a bit raucous at night, but for a summers day, you can't beat it. Lovely beach and beautiful harbour with lovely pubs.

thanks

southend on sea it was on sunday

beach is a bit rubbish to be honest
loved the local accent on the women made me laughhh felt like eastenders
enjoyed the airshow but bournemouth bit better
lovely weather though :)

what air shows are the best in uk?

We always used to go to Lyme Regis when it was sunny, or if we felt like a bit of a longer drive, into cornwall? Now we go to Cottesloe ;)

Sandbanks nr poole ,great beach ,plenty of motor yachts and ferries to watch go by. Plus as you drive around you can see all the multi millionaires houses and some flash cars. As it is the 3rd most expensive place in the world to buy a house.
ALso newquay ,holywell bay is great for kids of all ages.

Sandbanks [snip] As it is the 3rd most expensive place in the world to buy a house.

Not just to buy a house it seems. I visited there last summer and there was a small dual aspect plot of land for sale. I checked the asking price when I got home.... £2M!!!!
