new satnav

Hi

Im looking for a new satnav for use in my ford focus , I do have an in built satnav which is ok ,but it does not have speed camera database and I guess no where near the amount of POI that a portable satnav can offer.

Can anyone recommend me a satnav ?

I like the TomTom range and I would like something that has speed camera and possibly live traffic updates even though my car stanav offers this.

I have not read up on the portable satnavs for a while due to me using my car satnav so not sure what's good and what's not.

my Budget is £100 -£150 but would like to pay as little as possible?

no iphone or android device , also forgot to mention I would not want a device with bluetooth or hands free calling as I have this in my car so dont really want to much going on!

not that it would interfere with my cars system.

I recently bought a TomTom Start 25 for around £125.

It doesn't have Live traffic, but there is a receiver that you can buy for it that allows it to be pickup some traffic information via RDS.

I have a Tomtom XL and it's a decent little device, but I found it gets out of date quickly and Tomtom make you pay a monthly subscription for updates, traffic etc.

With the Start25, you have 90 days from first use to plug it in and get a free map update. New maps are released quarterly.
