Signing in.

Had a family bbq yesterday followed by a pub crawl. Mixed far too many drinks and am now feeling the pain. Fell asleep on the sofa at about 2am and woke up at 7. Jug of tea and a bacon roll have had zero restorative effects.

A Berroca washed down with some Ibuprofen will be next.

It's important that no matter how dreadful you feel that you make an effort to do something good with your day. And if 'good' means eating bacon, drinking Lucozade and watching Skysports then that's ok too.

Hangovers are starting to make drinking not worth it for me. Any thing more than 3 pints and I feel like I've been poisoned the next day.

Im alright after a load of homemade sangria, cocktails and tins, eating my own weight in BBQ might have done the trick. Now back to the outlaws again today to cook what wasn't used yesterday.

Hold your nose and see how much of the bottle you can drink without taking a breath. Think of it as a challenge, rather than an act of abject stupidity, and don't think of the consequences of spending the rest of the night barking up on the toilet, followed by tomorrow's inevitable despair.

Went out Friday night and got in at 7am, little bit of sleep and then back to the pub at 2pm yesterday, I said to myself im not going out on the town.

Walked into my house today at 8.05am

just woke up and feel fresh, no hangover :cool:
