Tribulus Testosterone boosters work?

I used tribulus pro for a bout 3 months. I was much randier, and more aggressive. I felt I trained harder too.

The missus asked me to stop because I was being arsey. Could all be psychological though.

I didn't see HUGE GAINS NOW!!!!one!!1, but I felt it improved things.

sounds like it turned you into a woman :D

Only once every 7? Why not 3 times a week :o
The authors found that the fluctuations of testosterone levels from the 2nd to 5th day of abstinence were minimal. On the 7th day of abstinence, however, a clear peak of serum testosterone appeared, reaching 145.7% of the baseline ( P < 0.01). No regular fluctuation was observed following continuous abstinence after the peak. The results showed that ejaculation-caused variations were characterized by a peak on the 7th day of abstinence; and that the effective time of an ejaculation is 7 days minimum.

No wonder I have so little body hair and moobs then :o ;)

Going to have to sleep with my hands tied in future I think. :D

LMAO!, Spot on :p

I don't muck about with all this stuff, MP still sell Trib as I saw it on their earlier today when I was browsing.

Also sex = less test?

No wonder I have barely any body hair and what I has is blonde :p
Bloody women!

WAIT a sec, no wonder Martial Monks are so badass, they have a test overload!!!:eek:

D-Aspartic acid - 3grams a day was shown to raise T levels by 33%. Whilst thats not much compared to naughty things it's very cheap.

Might be worth a shot, do your reading before trying anything new though.

Don't bother. Sort your diet out and train hard, it's the best way of boosting your test levels.

Foods which contain zinc, vitamin b5/6 and EFAs are perfect for that. That and heavy compound lifts, and try and keep your cortisol in check and sleep more than you train.

This.

Diet, big compound lifts (hammer those glutes) and plenty of sleep. Don't take your sleep for granted int this regard - it really is very important.

Eat the following every Monring at breakfast:
1) red onion x1 Garlic X2
2) Eggs x4-8

I was actually saying that laced with sarcasm :p I don't deny they've got a good place in a diet, but not in relation to test levels =)
