There is a guy using a hose pipe in his garden

Ring the fire brigade and say there is a fire. When they get there tell them they were too late, the man must have put it out with his hose pipe.

The OPs location says Lancashire and as far as I can tell there's not been a ban up there. If he'd spent 2 seconds on google he'd have found the same information I did.
 
Hi guys,

I was out on my garden watering the plants with my hose pipe and I noticed a little weird kid looking at me from behind the curtains in the house next door.

I got creeped out and went back in. Should I call the police or just ignore him?

my toilet wont flush so ive taken to using the garden when i need a wee.

Funny I have been trying to decide whether to grass up a neighbour as well for using a hose to fill a large 500 litre approx container on the back of his open back van.

What with another guy just down the street who has decided the pavement is his drive and now completely blocks the pavement so you have to walk in the road to get round his car I do wonder at the seemingly total disregard for laws and reasonable behaviour that seems to be spreading in this country.

Under circumstance, yes, approach the neighbour and politely suggest.

"Scuse' me mate, but you know there is a hose pipe ban? Do you have a good reason for filling up a 500ltr container? Work? Council know? Only mention as some sad ** No Swearing ** will sit, watch and report you at some point"

"Hi mate, you are a ****, move your car or I will"
 
I was using a hosepipe just yesterday. I filled my daughter's paddling pool, washed two cars and then watered all of my lawn and plants. How do you like them apples op? Gonna report me?

I filled a bucket twice to clean a car with and a watering can twice for the garden!!!!

OH MY GOD NO! Someone report me, I live in Reading!!! HOSE PIPE BAN!!! OMFG!!!

Or, I used the tap to fill the above... Now what? Am I still a criminal?

EDIT: As you can guess, touchy subject this for me. I think it is absolutely ridiculous.
