As explained in the review the 'juddering' is a limitation of the low frame rate at which the films run. You would observe a similar phenomenon running a game at such a low frame rate. This has nothing to do with the monitor, specifically. Movies appear slightly smoother than on a 60Hz monitor but this limitation affects the fluidity and is why TVs commonly use frame interpolation. The rainbow effect mentioned on the pcmonitors.org review is very rare and not something to worry about. It occus in certain titles if you change the response time setting in game.

Sorry for the double post but, i've noticed the juddering on my current monitor as well.. so everyone gets it?

i always see it on youtube video's, especially during pans.

I might order the monitor today, this is practically the best model you can get in it's price range right?

Price has only gone back to £330

Just connected mine up that was delivered today.

DEAR GOD its a nice monitor, blows my old one out the water!!

Yeah still £90 cheaper than it was a few weeks ago, i paid £420 for mine.

Completly blown away by the monitor its put me in a real quandry over what to do with my 226bw's now they look so bad:P

Had some issues getting tridef working because of using extended desktop (you need to disable it using windows p before it will work). However once i got it working (using Skyrim) I couldnt believe how good 3d is. I have to add till now Ive never tried the modern iteration of 3d and I was the worlds biggest 3D sceptik but it works really well!

As soon as they hit £200 I'll pick up a second as Ive another display port on the 6970 anyway:)

Hi, doubt they will hit the £200 mark, even unbranded hardly go for that.

Only £50 less than what I just paid they are bound to drop that much whithin 3 months I,d guess to.

Hi, usualy models are discontinued, and a new version comes out before they drop to low, because in your theory they would keep coming down until they are a £5!

Received my S27A750D - lovely screen and looking forward to giving it a run with BF3, rFactor2 and Project CARS.

However, sod's law, I've got just the one 'stuck' pixel.

Submitted a post in the RMA / Technical section so waiting for a response there but wondered whether anyone had any first hand experience / advice.

Currently running UDPixel on it to see if that will help but it's been running a good while (1.5hrs) and no luck.

Not sure whether I will RMA if it can't be remedied yet, though I know it will play on my mind now I know it's there!
