Jesus... Just spoke to vodafone with reguards to canceling my other pre-order... apparently im not allowed to do that!

Parul: We cannot cancel the order
Parul: You will have to refuse to accept it when it is up for delivery
You: i havnt receieved any information saying its been dispatched or that the order is confirmed
Parul: Once you do you can refuse to collect it
You: i recieved an email that stated "We wanted to update you on your Samsung GALAXY S III pre-order. Due to shipping delays, we’re still awaiting delivery from Samsung - which means we aren’t able to get it to you as soon as we’d hoped. We understand how disappointing this is, but we’re working closely with Samsung to make sure you get your new smart phone within 2-4 weeks. Don’t worry, we’ll be in touch as soon as we have a confirmed date for your delivery."
You: that states my order wont be fulfiled for 2 -4 weeks
Parul: You will get details
You: thats the reason im canceling, because vodafone informed me that my order could not be delivered for at least 2 weeks
You: are you now telling me that my order had been dispatched?

Parul: No I am telling you that you will be intimated when you will get it and you will have to refuse to accept
You: so im unable to cancel a pre-order of a product, of which your company doesnt have stock of?
You: and will not have stock for for 2-4 weeks?
Parul: We donot have stock because there are huge orders
You: thats the reason i wish to cancel
You: i wish to cancel and free up the handset i had on order for another of your customers
Parul: We cannot cancel the online order over the chat
