Zombies are actually coming.. Suit Up!

Just read deeper into the story today.

Apparently the guy was high on what was believed to be MDPV.... one of the so called designer drugs/legal highs that was scheduled in the US last year. From some of the reports on the web, it's effect's really leaves users in a Zombie like state - some stating it is the worst thing they have ever tried - with users calling giving it names like

(D)emonic
(P)oison
e(V)il
or Most Devilish Powdered Evil etc

One guy who took it went to rub his eyes (because he had spent 3 hours looking at his PC screen without talking / moving) - only for his hand to be locked against his cheek for another hour :eek: Sounds like it turns people completely insane for up to 24 hours.....not nice.

It's not actually a different story though is it? I can't view the link from where I am but from what I gather by googling it's about there being a few things going on in Florida, none of which would have been newsworthy if it were not for this incident. I'm pretty sure we don't need another "omg zombies r real nao!" thread.
 
sounds to me like this bath salts thing is like PCP from a couple of decades ago (angel dust)

that can make you do some crazy **** and because it is an anaesthetic you dont feel any pain, meaning you can do crazy things.

some really ****ed up stuff in those stories tho, face eating and cutting out your own intestines and throwing them at cops.... yeah, i bet that will teach them

im liberal to drugs (done loads and still like a J) but some of these are well past recreational. they turn you into a raving loon.

technically zombies have existed for many years. there are drugs that will effectively stop your heart (makes it beat so slow its not detectable). they have been used in certain countries to 'make' zombies.

now, combine that with PCP which makes you feel no pain, combine with some form of anger drug such as the bath salts.

ok, not real zombies but people who will try to eat you, have no heartbeat and cant feel pain.... i would still be looking for my fire axe! :)
 
I was chatting to mates about this tuther day & we all agreed that if we walked around the corner & saw somebody chewing somebodys face off we would all think ZOMBIES & leg it. :p
 
I failed to see how a Zombie Apocalypse would be fun in the UK. We don't even have firearms!!!!!
 
I fail to see how a zombie apocalypse anywhere would be fun. Odds are most people would be killed before they realised what was going on or by getting blindsided by some random zombie.

Even if you were well armed and had a secure location to hole up in, you would still have issues like isolation, disease, random looters and ever diminishing resources.
 
Don't think it would be to bad here as I'm in a small town & know enough people to get together a Zombie clearing team. :D
Once that's done the Z team can set up a perimeter around our cleansed town & kill any blokes who come our way & accept all the fittys. (If there's any left)

I don't think people, especially normal civilians are fit enough to be able to swing the sword at crowd and make huge impact. Stuff is heavy and you'll panic
