I ordered sky tv, phone line and broadband via quidco yesterday which entitles me to £120 cashback. £20 tv, line rental £12, free line install, 6 months half price HD. Took screenshot of order but got no email.
2hrs later, missed call from sky and a voice mail asking me to call because there's a problem.
Called today and this woman kept saying because I have no line I need to either provide a number to install broadband on or pay £10 install. I explained I have that on my order and it's free, she just kept repeating herself, then proceeded to retake my order. As we went through, just before she finished, I was worried about my quidco so told her to stop, I asked if I could do it myself online, she said yes, use the order number I have, I hung up, not done anything since.
I'm gonna ring again tomorrow because I was hungover today and not with it to argue, but if I go online and add line install if I can, will it affect my quidco cashback offer. Very frustrated it said free install on my order now they are changing it, are they trying it on to bugger up the cashback and cover costs for the line install?
