Yes, PSN went live with CQ (as in playable) today aswell as premium, pc players should have access to premium from today, but will still have to wait a while after ps3 release to play CQ. Afaik.

I thought everyone was getting CQ at the same time due to the 'early access' for premium? Or is that for the DLCs after this?

hmmm well that sucks, no close quarters for PC until next week. PS3 players get it tonight only.
