not massively loud, but I can still hear it even when it's mounted on top of some packaging foam and the side panel is on, it might just be my pump though

Thanks! It was, sorted it before putting in the fluid. - Such a tight and close bend it was quite hard to do, but sorted now. Will upload the better pictures in a moment.

Did you replace the bit of tubing?

I found that if a kinks been there for some time, even after being carefully unkinked ifit is bent even slightly it will kink again

Cut it shorter as it was a bit longer for the angle and just forced it to kink. Should be fine now, will keep my eye on it though.
