Corsair TXM 650W Modular PSU

OCZ ZT Series 650W Modular PSU

OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W Modular PSU Single 12V Rail

I'm looking for a power supply for my build and I'm swaying towards the OCZ ModXStream. However, I've been told the cables are very short. Has anyone used these three PSU's before?

I'm leaning towards the Corsair

This. Although 2 of the PSU's both have 5 year warranties, the Corsair (in my experience) is easy to RMA & the turn round is about a week. Cheapest Postage (UPS via interparcel) is about 20 notes as corsair's european RMA depot is in holland.

I would like a PSU that is modular, doesn't have a lot of those ugly looking SATA x3 cables, and is between 600 to 700 watts. That Cooler Master one is nice but I can't see all the connections and I believe these have x8 of those ugly SATA cables.

I looked at one of these on YouTube. It was a 1250w version though. If I'd known they did them so cheap, I'd of just stuck with one of those. Any idea when OverClockers will restock?

I left a thread on the customer service part of this forum. They told me they're waiting for the stock to arrive by end of this week.

The coolermaster is probably the best bang for buck modular PSU out there at the minute. No idea why OCUK have it priced £1 less than the 600W version. I ordered one yesterday. 5 year warranty should tell you all.

Got the CM 700W PSU the other day for a mate's build, it's good value but I thought it a bit strange that the power cables that come from the unit have only SATA power connectors or Molex and not a mixture of both like my Enermax PSU has.

I prefer it that way. With many modern PC's they use no Molex power connectors at all like mine.
