Mayhems Limited Edition MHE Rads

We did originaly do the larger ports on the first test rads we sent out how every one wanted us to do them normally so we compromised.

'suck with' ? I prefer 3/8 and would be happy if everyone used them. Its all about ID and flow ;)

which makes no difference ;)

much more sense to use the standard thread size for 99.99% of watercooling fittings on the market.

not a compromise. a great idea.

The difference is negligible. ;)

Using standard g1/4 is better so the user can decide what they want to use, IMO, 1/2 with 7/16 tubing looks best, I don't want to be forced to use 3/8 and I don't really fancy buyin converters.

Were going to be giving the No1 rad off the production line away (crys) on our FB page. These will be going on sales in the next 3 weeks. Do not forget these are a Limited rad and there is only 60 of them in production unless we can get a extended licence with will be pushing our luck. If a re-sellers what to stock them (it might not be worth the effort for them) we will let them have them how ever there is no real profit or incentive for them to do it.

If we went going with the larger head size i would have included spacers to drop the thread size but ofc this would have increased the price more :(. So we just did the smaller size instead.

Yup, temperature wise the difference is minute. Makes a difference to your pump though.
I can't understand the rest of this post since you can get 3/8 fittings for 1/2 hose etc etc (I like 7/16 on 1/2 too, no gammy looking compressions or clamps :) )

you go with barbs and no clamp?
Anyway, I prefer 3/8, probably from the old days when there were no ready made blocks or specifically designed pumps and flow was king!
