I found the providing you used an Indian Proxy.. when you click on store it should appear in the Indian currency.

It intially threw up an error, saying order not sucessful so I checked my email and it had gone through.

Logged into origin and it has just downloaded a 2gb+ update and now shows as premium on my battlelog.

Should all be secured via HTTPS and Certificates, ensure they all look good and are valid and if concerned use a Credit Card (More protection should anything go wrong)

That or use Paypal then change password after? Or login off the proxy to set the cookie then swap to Proxy prior to buying/paying.

Still risky I reckon though, it's different to buying a Ruski version as that is a physical retail copy with a retail key you then apply to Origin. Premium is a digital distribution direct from Origin. EA being the money grabbing kind they are will no doubt pick up on this.

Surely your allowed to purchase something in any currency you chose?
Personally I cant see them doing anything, Just like with the RU keys.

just sucesfully tried the proxy trick as well, also got the sim city deluxe order for the same price.

ridiculous if you ask me, pay 17 quid for it in india, but charge 65 quid here...

It's a regional lock not a currency one. Origin just is dumb though, it thinks I am in Ireland.....

Steam will compare source IP to billing address and if different not let the sale occur for example.

Buying retail regional keys and applying is totally different to a direct digitally distributed purchase however.

Problem? guy can't vocally communicate with strangers in BF3, a supposedly team oriented game. I suggested he should look at PS2 for a more social gaming experience.
