the future of bodybulding

The future of bodybuilding?

More egotistical, slow, low stamina half wits in t-shirts a few sizes too small?

Instead of doing old fashioned barbell squats, why not just go on a centrifuge machine like fighter pilots train on... but with your feet faces "out". Then when you get up to a certain number of Gs you start doing body weight squats.

To adjust the "weight" you simply change the speed of the centrifuge machine.

I think this just may be the future of weight training.

Goku used a similar technique while training to fight Frieza.

To all those lolkwerk'ing, I'd like to see you explain why his idea is worthy of such a pathetic response.

How is it patheotic, ive never posted it, but my god even ive notcied some of his threads...ummm "subjects" and insights dont half make me laugh.
And weight lifting is something I have done for about 10 years, this notion genuinly made me lol at the thought of it.

It's a sound idea with several advantages over using a normal weight (like not being able to drop the weight on yourself, not having to worry about holding the weight so you can focus more on your form).
Unfortunately it's far too expensive to be feasible.
