as title what % of drivers do you let/not let out at junctions / cross roads etc?

personally i let about 50% out depending on how i feel , i never let bmw drivers out or people that drive exootic cars.

whats about you?

Depends on the traffic and how pretty the driver is. If I'm not going anywhere and I'm coming up to a junction then I'll usually let them out. I usually won't go out of my way to stop if I'm making progress. That's just crazy.

I only let out bmw drivers or people that drive exotic cars. How about that.

I tend to let one person out, as I feel then I have done my bit.

If they are wearing a chav cap in a Clio with 4 exhausts and kerked motorworld special alloys I probably won't let them in, mainly because the sound of their car shaking from the silly sub (that takes up the whole boot) is an annoying sound.

I never let people out that either sit with half a bonnet in my lane or drive too fast upto the junction in the hope that I will brake just in case, leading me to then half think I'm letting them out and not dare speed up again in case we both go at the same time.

It just depends hugely on the situation, really. I endeavour to let one or two people out, but it will vary depending on the prevailing traffic level and what other opportunities they will have. I always try to let someone in a fast car out so I can admire and listen to it.

Massively situational.

No point letting someone out when there is 1 car behind you and nothing behind that.

Conversely will ALWAYS let someone out if they are crossing my lane to go in the opposite direction when my lane flow is slow.

Also. No indication, not letting you out - As punishment :D

Exactly this. Stopping to let someone out is slower than just driving by

it always catches me out when I'm waiting to pull out of a junction and the last car I'm waiting to pass, stops to let me out even though there's a clear road behind him

I let people out of the Honda garage on my way home, GILF in a Pink Jazz gave me a nod today, was like, dam gurl, if I was 50 years older
