Which tablet to buy tomorrow?

Which is current best Android tablet to buy tomorrow? It is for my wife's birthday and she likes Samsung as a brand preference (she does not want Asus and particularly does not want transformer, presumably because I have one)

What is good right now? Looking at full size 10.1 or whatever not mini tablets. Thanks - I'm not monumentally lazy, just have a lot of deadlines!

DO NOT TOUCH the Archos tablets, worst devices ever, all the ones we sold have been returned :/

samsung galaxy tab, u kinda answered it urself but its the one to go for if u don't want asus

make sure it's the Tab2 and not the first gen Tab with Tegra 2. Should be £300 and have ICS.

Personally I would go against her wishes and get the Transformer TF300. Samsung's latest offers are weak, I'm not sure what Samsung are playing at to be honest. The TF300 is hands down a better device in terms of power, future proof-ablity and functionality.

Thanks everyone, agreed on the Asus point but she just doesn't want one, so Sammy it is.

Thanks also MrBell, I didn't realise Apple now made Android tablets, it is about time they dropped their dullard-orientated operating system and used android.
