Ermmm SGS3 - Wrong Charger ? :(

Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S3 from Dialaphone.co.uk. Came today in the post and was well excited, didn't get chance to play with it because of work but have just started messing around and transferring my data over when I noticed this in the box:

WHY do I have a foreign charger! :'(

i Suppose if they're imported from other countries they are going to have other chargers.

They may get better prices in bulk from buying abroad. Its annoying but all you can do is get an english charger really...

Or get a shaver adapter, they can be had for less than a quid.

Or just charge it using your PC. I must have 5 or 6 micro-USB USB/power socket combo from another devices.

or just stick a key in the earth of a socket to open it up and then the euro plug will plug in to the UK socket.

I did wonder how long it would take for the health and safety nazis to appear. As someone who has lived over Europe I've had to do this many times. There is absolutely no issue unless you manage to somehow force a key into the wrong hole, which would be worthy of a darwin award.

Pretty much every European I've met uses this method in the UK, are we really that much dumber that we can't be trusted?

Just get a shaver adapter as has been suggested. But also email CPW and ask them why they haven't sent you a british charger for the phone.

. The women on the phone was very very confused lol.

I know I could just charge it through my computer which Is what I'm doing at the moment but the charge you get is **** in comparison.
