New Gfx card advice

As title, after a new gfx to replace my 280gtx, have about 200-250 to spend but a little unsure whats best value for money atm.

mainly to play bf3@1920 x 1080 with good frames.

No selling or buying is allowed outside the MM mate, i tried to mention about buying a pair of 6950s off a member outside the MM and got told off. Send a message via trust? if you both have it set up.
