How to deal with someone,Who wants your job!

Poison his tea or coffee, should be easy as you're working in such close proximity to him. Poison the bitch supervisor too for letting this fool muscle in on your job.

Where do you work OP? I ask because if it's a supermarket, and hes encroaching on your baked bean aisle and trying to stack them faster than you then I wouldn't lose sleep over it. If it's an office environment then it's a bit more of an issue.
