The fifth Pageant of Power takes place in the glorious grounds of Cholmondeley Castle. Taking to the 1.2mile circuit will be over 150 historic and modern racing cars and motorbikes. The Pageant showcases high-octane action on land, water and in the air, with powerboat action on the Mere, military combat power demonstrations and aerobatic displays including the fantastic Breitling Wingwalkers.

New for 2012 is the “Autocar” Supercar Paddock featuring cars such as the Bugatti Veyron, Ariel Atom and the Lambourghini Aventador. James Bond fans will be left shaken and stirred on seeing the thrilling line up of original Bond cars including the Aston Martin V12, BMW Z8, as well as the Ice Dragster from “Die Another Day”. Sponsors, Top Gear Magazine, will display cars featured on the series, also in the Top Gear Zone will be their huge F1 Simulator – said to be the best in the world. Get involved – come and try a multitude of activities, take a ride in helicopters, powerboats, rally cars, tanks and 4 x 4’s.

All this combined with amazing shopping, childrens’ activities, trackside bars and refreshments, make this the unmissable event of the year!

Anyone going? I'm going on Saturday providing the weather holds out :)

Could possibly be going on the Sunday with my other half. Be cool to meet up with anyone else going from here.

I did Goodwood in 09 but this seems to have the best of that with a few more things going on. Much closer to home too :)

You're exactly the same as me and my parents. We went to Goodwood in either '09 or '10 (When Toyota had their Toyota 7 racer there, and the Auto Union silver cars were there. A lot of LMP Porches there too from what I can remember). We just find Goodwood too expensive, and too far down from Burnley to go there again tbh :/

That was 09 ;)

I'm in Whalley, so feel your pain. We did the one day. Set off about 3am, got there at 7am, spent the day there till 5pm then got home about 2am. I was awake for 24 hours and did all the driving. Next time it'll be planned and I'll be staying over for the weekend if I go again. Will see how CPOP fairs against in if we can make it.
