I wear trackie bottoms at the gym so it's not too bad.
Started my first week 'on' this week, gonna run for 20 weeks give or take. First week sucks as it hurts to sit down lol time to get serious!
Good work though mate! Keep at it. Are you doing a bulk now then? Or a steady bulk with minimum fat gain?
