A photoshop request

Hi Guys am doing a college project tos how marketing and need a back ground color changing to basic black of a gadget show image, the college doesn't have photoshop installed on most of the PC's and I can't get a good result on "paint"

the image quality is **** and the people seem to have a different white outline than the background colour was.

it would take to much effort to do a good job

Edit: This is the best I can be bothered to do, to do much more would require a lot of work.

Had a moment so just tidied up the text from the previous one for you, haven't messed with the picture.

edit:Just sorted the right guys shoulder out too, not worth doing much else with it.
