Selling a phone on eBay? Prepare to drown in a sea of chavs, morons and thieves.
It was me who bought it. It now doesn't work.
I want a refund.

What is the first 3 letters of your post code so I can confirm it is you?
*whoosh*Actually I think it would be, I removed the battery from the phone and the IMEI and other serial numbers etc are are set in which I took photos of.

sorry mate, only pulling your leg![]()

As NatTheCat says, the only actual way to prove that you sent actually that particular phone would be to film the whole process right from boxing it up to handing it over to the post office counter staff.
The seller could quite easily send a faulty phone out and then when the buyer complains, produce photos of an identical handset, claiming that the phone the buyer reports is faulty isn't actually the one they sent out.
There is a reason why why Paypal don't always side with the seller even when there is "evidence" to prove otherwise.
Glad your transaction went smoothly though..despite the large quantity of eBay problems, I'm sure the good transactions far outweigh the bad.
