ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3, LGA 1155, Intel

OR

Gigabyte Z77X-D3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3

OR

GIGABYTE GA-Z77-DS3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155)

OR

Asrock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3

Which one should I go for??

I have:

Intel i5 2500k
Radeon 6870 (I wish to crossfire soon)
2x4 gb of Ram
I'm looking to add Minimum 3 fans on my system

None of those I would get the Gigabyte Z77 D3H (less than £80) - check out the Gigabyte's website and ensure you are not paying for features that you do not need but get the ones you do.

But the OP wants the option of Crossfire and the one you suggest only does it at the inferior 16X/4X bandwidth.

Which one should I get and Why?

I want to use it for gaming with i5 2500k, Radeon 6870 Crossfire - Might change to Nvidia so SLi included which one is best overall?

The AP-D3 maybe cheaper (and currently includes a free 16GB USB stick) but it lacks SLI support and only does Crossfire at 16X/4X bandwidth for the two slots, the Z77X-D3H does both SLI/Crossfire at 8X/8X so both cards get the same slice of the pie.

But the AP-D3 has some good reviews also,

The UD3H has extra,

Esata ports
Displayport
Bios switch
Power, reset and Clear cmos switches
Voltage measuring points.

There maybe some other difference I can't remember.
