This is what the interior layout looks like (the arrows indicate fan location not airflow... I'd have a problem if they did)-

The Corsair H100 will either fit at the bottom (with the bottom four HDD racks removed) or at the top of the case. Whichever isn't occupied can also house two 120mm fans (the top can also house two 140mm fans). Corsair advises that the H100 is setup so outside air is pulled or pushed through the radiator and into the case. I've also read that the H100 pipes shouldn't have any issues clearing a large GPU if I were to install the radiator in the bottom of the case. There's a 140mm at the front and an 120mm rear fan.

I'll be installing an Asus GTX 670 DirectCU II TOP. So, my question is what's the best configuration to keep my lovely new GPU cool?

[EDIT] Would it be a good idea the have the H100 at the top as intake thus providing airflow to the two fans on top of the GTX 670?

Id go top.

Have that at the top setup as push/pull if you can.

As long as you have the back fan as an exhaust you'll be grand.

So, push/pull bringing air into the case?

Yes. This is how my H100 is setup and it works fine.

Good to know, thanks.

Do you guys think it's worth having an intake fan just in front of the PSU, as the one at the front of the case will be partially obscured by HDD's?

(side note but my Samsung 830 256gb arrived today and it's tiny and oh so purty)

Can't do any harm. I'm a fan (excuse the pun) of having more intake fans as positive pressure is a good thing, imo. (Silverstone Magnetic Fan Filters are nice to keep the dust down). :)

My only real concern was about the number of intakes vs. exhausts but positive pressure would be a boon as my room is on the dusty side.

This is the layout I've got in mind at the mo'. I Included a little upgrade to the rear fan (I was thinking either an Sharkoon Silent Eagle or a Scythe Gentle Typhoon). Am I right in thinking that adding the floor fan would help direct the airflow from the front fan up and toward the CPU area?

Just noticed the missing word. It's meant to say "(stock fan from top of case)"
