This is what the interior layout looks like (the arrows indicate fan location not airflow... I'd have a problem if they did)-

The Corsair H100 will either fit at the bottom (with the bottom four HDD racks removed) or at the top of the case. Whichever isn't occupied can also house two 120mm fans (the top can also house two 140mm fans). Corsair advises that the H100 is setup so outside air is pulled or pushed through the radiator and into the case. I've also read that the H100 pipes shouldn't have any issues clearing a large GPU if I were to install the radiator in the bottom of the case. There's a 140mm at the front and an 120mm rear fan.
I'll be installing an Asus GTX 670 DirectCU II TOP. So, my question is what's the best configuration to keep my lovely new GPU cool?
[EDIT] Would it be a good idea the have the H100 at the top as intake thus providing airflow to the two fans on top of the GTX 670?
