Best android phone for HDMI use

Most Android phones will do HDMI out via MHL cable. The Galaxy S3 would be a good choice but it requires a special MHL cable. Also bear in mind that you may have trouble getting files larger than 4GB onto a microSD card due to formatting issues.
Yeah as said pretty much every android phone can output to the TV via a MHL adapter.
If storage is a concern the GS 2 or GS 3 would be the best choices.
Regarding the 4GB limit for SD cards, easy solution, plug phone with the SD card in it into the PC and mount it and then right click on the SD card/removable storage drive and format to NTFS

Downloaded bsplayer lite, connect to lan mode, stream files from pc to phone.
