Are there any decent 2-slot GFX Coolers for the AMD Radeon 7850?

Hey guys

I have just built a new rig around the Lian Li PC-Q08B and was wondering if there were any decent after market coolers for the AMD Radeon 7850?

I ask because the ref. design one I have I find to be rather noisy when overclocking and unfortunately, my case is M-ITX will only allow a 2-slot (ie. same height as ref. card) to be compatible.

Am I stuffed?

I am happy to watercool - should I maybe wait till Bitfenix Prodigy is out and then move to that bearing in mind it has space for a dual radiator at least?

Here are some pics of what I have just built for reference:

Probably just about yer.

I do plan on moving to the Bitfenix Prodigy when it's released but I've only just bought this Lian Li so ideally I'd get this rig sorted.

Biggest problem ATM is noise. The Antec's 120mm fan for the Kuhler 620 is loud so I have ordered a Scythe GT 1850RPM replacement. Obviously, need to sort this graphics card out too with some sort of aftermarket cooler.

I think the Arctic aero cool is a 3 slotter that 555UB has (I think that's his username, he posts in the 7850 overclocking thread from time to time). But if you have room which I don't think you have then you could try a watercooling like this:

Other than that if you're going to spend a lot of money on a cooler then maybe you should consider getting another card.

Sorry if I wasn't much help.

Thanks for the reply dude - yer, I'm thinking I should have now just gone for another brand of 7850. This one's real loud but to be fair it's not unstable or anything so if I can put up with the noise it's no biggy.

Such a bugger.

Think I might nab a Bitfenix Prodigy when they're out - that case looks like it'll have more space inside for better airflow? It's a shame as the PC-Q08 is small enough to fit in my Silverstone carry bag so I can take over my mates for Lans. Then again, I guess the Prodigy has carry handles right?

Otherwise that Kuhler 620 mod for graphics cards looks like a good idea.
