hi guys im thinking of purchasing this board but im not sure, so just wanted to know if you have any you have purchased this board what your experience with this board was,what overclock did you get with board and what kind of gear did you use.

im just trying to justify is it worth buying i know it supports quad sli , crossfire, has thundercloud and features.

i was considering gigabyte ud5 but after reading the official thread it seems a lot of user are having problem and cz im a first builder i just want to build my firsts rig without the headache.

The UD5H is a great board, the issues most people are experiencing are mostly keyboard support (constantly being added) varies with different BIOS'es and RAM issues (Samsung Greens for example) which again once they have updated the BIOS to one of the latest versions the issues go away.

I dont know if you have seen this (jump to 2mins) - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vApq_covxOc&feature=relmfu - but there is one or two Gigabyte boards on the way with Thunderbolt support.

Think I saw it mentioned somewhere that July is likely, ask in customer services when the other boards are due, they may have a more accurate idea.

I meant the latest one's that were shown at Computex and are supposedly have models far cheaper than the current two that are available
