Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

So the only way to have decent game on this is to get a 100 meg connection?! Maybe they should put that as minimum requirement on the box?

Nope, I have 120Mb and get screwed over in some games. I know it's not me as I can be having a great game, then the host migrates and it's hitmarkers galore and 1 bullet deaths.

Hitmarkers galore lol lol what a nightmare , MW3 has defo got worse over the last couple of week i think anyway , to be honest with all the hitmarkers and other problems ect its putting me of playing the game . . .

Jeaz when did they extend it to 20 prestiges?! bah, half way though 10th so stopping then. it was the max originally :p

Edit - Err I didn't mean to say Jews in a negative sense! I meant Jeaz, phone auto-corrected...

That's a good thing for me, because it means that I will actually play the maps then, since I can't stand the normal bigger sized DLC maps they released just because they are such poor excuses for maps - they were more interested in making them look pretty rather then designing them to play well.

I'd rather play Dome none stop rather then playing any of those **** poor excuses for PAID DLC maps (and you know how much I love Dome).

I did somehow manage this earlier and I would just like to point out that if our roles were reversed I would have been dead after the first one and he would have been wearing a cape most likely. It's also a theater recording so it's not exactly what happend on my screen but you get the jist of it.

I've notice better connections in some games 3 v 3. There are still games that are laggy as f though

I can always tell when I'm getting massive host disadvantage, and when I rage quit (we're always winning when I do this, but if I'm not having fun I'm not playing, life is far too short...) the game always ends confirming I was the host.

The biggest improvement they could make to the series is to put people together based on them having similar skill levels and not just based off of latency. Virtually every single match I play of any CoD title there's always some window licker(s) who just cannot stop dying and by the end of it he's got no kills and 20+ deaths, it surely cannot be fun for him to die so much and it's definitely not fun for the team he's on.

Halo 2 (as an example) had a great system where if you won so many games in a row you would go up a rank and the reverse would happen if you lost and I always found myself playing with or against players with a similar skill level or better.

Even if they just put players with <1.0K/D into their own lobbies it would be such a huge improvement for both sides.

Yea halo 3 had something similar - a seperate ranking mode where you could increase skill level although this also capped what rank you could be depending on your skill lvl I think. There's people who play mw3 enough to learn ways of noobing their way up to the higher levels. It can't be fun being sat there on infection with 2 controllers in split screen constantly knifing your other player for kills
