Many of the things already posted are a given turn off for everyone aren't they? The majority of the population find someone unhygenic and unintelligent unattractive.

As for me (some women don't seem to mind these but they are a no no for me):
OTT swearing (I'm not affronted at the occasional use but when it's practically punctuation it's disgusting)
Treat them mean keep them keen attitude
