Electricity management/consumption

I'm wanting to monitor electricity usage, in a shared property.

I've seen devices such as the kilowatt that show a overall usage, but don't have the ability to narrow it down per device/circuit.

This looks perfect with data shown and recorded in a handy way on a pc, but it's for the US market only.
