I do a fair bit of cycling and find torq stuff to be pretty good, from a normal shop, I've had a powerade one, that seemed to do the job pretty well.

I had a couple of months where I really craved Lucozade Orange. Gawd, I loved that stuff. But it tastes far too sugary for me now and I just can't drink it. I weaned myself off using Coca-Cola, then Coke Zero. It doesn't help that my tap water tastes horrid.
