Since February I've lost over 3 stone and gone down 2 clothes sizes which has cost a small fortune so my belly is going the right way.
I run 5K at least 6 days a week so my aerobic activity is sorted.

In my gym I have a sit up bench that is on it's max gradient and the last 2 nights I've done 100 situps which are straight back and straight up types.
On my multi-gym I have a a pulley I put around my chest and I can go forwards and backwards while being seated.

I want to concentrate on getting my tummy a bit flatter so spec me some exercises please.

Flatter tummy - diet.

However, always worth working On your core, so squats, single leg squats, hanging leg raises, planks etc :)

Well the diet is going well but I suppose I was taken in by all the 'Get a flatter tummy in 4 weeks' adverts thinking I just need to do situps to make it happen quicker.

Flatter stomach isn't achieved by stomach exercises but more via lowering body fat %.

Stomach exercises will tone it but if you want to get that six pack thing to come out you need to be looking to lower that body fat %

Fat loss is 70% diet, 30% training, pretty much. I didn't do any exercise since Christmas, decided I was fed up and wanted to get shredded, and so I've just started going to a gym for the first time in my life and using a specific eating plan. I do very little cardio and 45mins-1hr of simple barbell exercises x3 a week. Weight is falling off me so far.

If you are in calorie deficit everyday then you will loose body fat, however it's better to do it with a good combination of exercise, you can also do that with a good balanced diet too, rather than some silly one you won't maintain once you have shed it.

I think everybody is different also, I know I don't shed body fat on diet alone.

I'm no expert but isn't fat loss 100% diet but exercise will obviously speed it along?
Look at anorexics - no exercise there.

Perhaps 'body recomposition' is 70% diet, 30% training' is slightly more accurate, but even when you're under-eating the exercise you're doing will have an effect on how what you're eating is utilised by the body, as well as hormone production which can be advantageous/disadvantageous for executing your goal.

Yes, you can eat nothing and be 10% body fat, but I don't think any guy would honestly say they'd prefer to be the guy on the right.
