Steam scammers

Ok so I found this site whilst randomly googling for other stuff. I was wondering how accurate it is and whether anyone had come across it before?

Apparently one of my friends has 5 scammers on his friend list, I wonder if he realises this..

It's the go-to site for finding scammers when trading TF2 items.

If your steamrep is bad, nobody is going to trade with you.

How can you get scammed on steam? Trading is all done through the in built system isn't it?

I thought it was done through a trade window too...
