Just recieved my new mouse, what kind of dpi settings should i choose for playing bf3, atm the highest setting i got is 2000

Use what you find most comfortable.

If you want someone to tell you the best sens, its quite common for players of higher levels (myself included, along with da pros like Heaton, Quad, Byte, Darn etc) to use 28.8cm/360

Just means keep testing the DPI until you find something that's comfortable for you.

yea atm im using 2000 i find it fine for normal use and for gaming

for bf3 and most fps I have mine set on the lowest setting 300 and use the WHOLE of my mid-sized Roccat gaming mat. . . I find shooting moving targets a lot easier and thats just my style.

Throw the mouse away and use a xbox360 gamepad

That the proper way to play FPS nowdays......Using a Keyboard & mouse is old fashioned

Also with MarkC_Windows7_MouseFix to completely remove windows acceleration. Watch theses two youtube videos to get a better understanding.
