Improving the music app, Been using Apollo for last few weeks it looks much more inline with ICS, and all together a much better music app.

Google wallet would be amazing if it works with things like tlf for travel and such, having to carry a oyster card all the time is very annoying.
Slight leak here, looking like the Nexus 7 will be announced as part of Google I/O, featuring a pretty decent spec and sub $200

Since Jelly Bean is being released now, what will they have for the next Nexus phone around November?
With Jelly Bean being 4.1 they could call it a minor release and thereby stick to Google's previous suggestion of 1 major update each year.

Why don't Google release a high end tablet instead of a budget one.
I think it is fine. Going by their entire Nexus strategy, they don't need it to sell amazingly well. Just to get into the hands of developers and at this price it is a low barrier to entry. Remember that apart from the iPad no other oem has produced anything pricey which has sold really well.

It boils down to a tablet for a select few or extending the reach of Android to the masses. The strategic decision is the later and in my opinion the correct one. There will be a high end one at some point but it will most probably come from a partner.

They need a clear focal point like the iPad (2) or Kindle. If your happy with your cheap Nexus you'll probably upgrade it that fancy 11.6" 1080p, quad core A15 Samsung later on.
Swapping hardware is dead easy, changing ecosystems? Not so much... (how many are now entrenched in iOS/Android due to all those apps, games, cloud services and media content they've purchased?)
