This is one of those (many) threads where all posters should put their age as well as the answer. Because I'm going to bet that most of the people going for recent Bond are all early twenties at best. As an old man, who saw most of them when they were new, I say:
Goldfinger.
The first "true" bond film, and the template for all others. Pretty much all of the remaining ones are the same plot recycled.

I'm 31 so guess that classes as old-ish nowadays round here
It's a tough one as I've always loved Bond films growing up as a kid watching them, although from Tomorrow Never Dies I thought they got pretty ropey. I did like the new Casino Royale though, and I've ashamedly not seen QoS yet.
They remind me of being a kid (mid to late 80s) sitting at home watching them what seemed to be late at night at the time with my folks, usually around a holiday time from what I remember, good times.
I'd say the stand out ones for me, all for various reasons are:
Goldeneye - The first one I was able to see in the cinema, and really like it
Goldfinger - As above it's just quintessential bond
You only live twice - Just like this one
Live and Let Die/For your eyes only/Octopussy - My fave Moore ones
Living Daylights - I liked Dalton
But then can't say I disliked any of the other Connery/Moore films really, I even liked Diamonds are Forever and View to a Kill as well
