Newer than the 12.7 beta driver, lots of fixes

Resolved issue highlights of the AMD Catalyst™ 12.6 Beta:
  • AMD Radeon™ HD 7900, AMD Radeon HD 7800 Tri-CrossFire™ configurations + Eyefinity BSOD when launching a DirectX application.
  • AMD Radeon HD 7900, AMD Radeon HD 7800 Eyefinity/Multiple Display configurations BSOD when using desktop applications.
  • AMD Radeon HD 7900, AMD Radeon HD 7800, and AMD Radeon HD 7700 cards hang when system goes to sleep.
    • Please ensure that your System BIOS is up to date – some occurrences of this issue may be related to outdated System BIOS
  • CrossFire scaling issues seen in AMD Catalyst 12.4 with Elder Scrolls: Skyrim CrossFire.
  • AMD Catalyst Control Center – intermittently missing Overdrive page.
  • AMD Catalyst Control Center – missing GPU Activity gauge.
  • AMD Radeon HD 7900 CrossFire Configuration – system hang after cinematic in Call of Duty: Black Ops.
  • Heroes and Generals: Blocky corruption in scenes with smoke effects when run in DirectX 11 mode.
  • Disabled HDMI audio when the connected HDTV is powered Off/On.

Looks like a good list of fixes though - especially the sleep issue resolution.

Haven't tried it yet lol, and tbh at 60hz i've been getting a solid 60fps since day 1. With vsync off on the last driver was getting upto 180fps.

Yes, always a good thing for them to stop the monthly drivers and concentrate on fixing things. Just need Locky to test now really.
 
theses are DriverVer=05/22/2012, 8.980.0.0000

AMD Catalyst 12.7 beta are DriverVer=06/25/2012, 8.981.2.1000

both one are **** anyway

Those ones you posted are old dave. I know im using them. About to upgrade to these new ones.

Hmm actually reading that thread @ guru im not sure. These might be hotfix install on top drivers. I think i might stick with 12.6 until someone with a 6xxx series card confirms these work ok.

The ones posted on Guru 3d are the 12.6 hotfix for QQ dancer, the same as these http://support.amd.com/us/kbarticles/Pages/Catalysthotfixdriver1.aspx

Appreciate the effort but you do realize these were posted on here over 4 weeks ago right ?
