Best heatsink for £20

I'm looking for a cpu cooler(am3) to cool a AMD Phenom2 965. I was wondering what the best cooler would be for under £20 as i am under a real tight budget. I was thinking of this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-034-CM&tool=3 but i'm not quite sure. Any suggestions?

For £20 the Xigmatek Gaia is a great cooler and virtually silent. Beware its big so check it will fit in your case.

I never understood why people say things are silent. No cooler is silent unless they run passively. With with a max RPM of 1500, the Gaia won't be "virtually silent". Quiet maybe but not silent. /pedant.

I can never understand why people have to be so picky over the termonology used when the vast majority understand the context in which its made.

What virtually silent means is that it will be virtually inaudiable or in your case quiet over other backrground noise , such as case fans ,etc.

inaudible = can't hear it..

silent = making no sound..

And there in lies the rub. Silent is no sound so full stop. "virtually silent"?? Inaudiable is definitive, but "virtually inaudible"?? and how loud is "other background noise, such as case fans, etc."??

It all sounds "kinda pregnant"
