Hi all

I'm looking for a new PSU. My current one is fine, but its non-modular and 850w, which is total overkill for my current system.

I'm looking for a modular psu, but most importantly it has to be quiet!

It'll be powering:
i5 760 OC'd
AMD 7850 OC'd
16gb RAM
1 SSD
2 HDD's
Bluray drive yada yada

I'm assuming something around 600w would be more than enough.

Budget, ideally around £80ish max? More is possible, but if not necessary then I'd rather not

go for modular and 80+ gold if you can. You will be doing your 'green' social responsible bit.

Corsair Enthusiast Series TX 650W V2

This will be fine for your current setup but if you are thinking about adding more drives and an additional graphics card you may want to future proof and go to a 800w

I'd recommend this any day of the week. I currently use it myself and you can't hear it, at all.

It's fairly heavy also... gotta be a good sign!

Have to say that's one good looking PSU its a shame your not gong to see it much.

Just got a 500W Cooler Master Silent Pro Modular PSU, and it is completely silent, even the intel stock cooler at a chilly 25C is louder than it.
