Is DayZ really that good? Seen a lot of people mention it.

I already have Arma 2, do I just need Operation Arrowhead to play DayZ then?

It's a very marmite game to be honest, you'll either love it or hate it. It's very brutal and hard at times. Just check out youtube videos and the Dayz thread and decide yourself. If you already have Arma 2, then you'll just need Operation Arrowhead.

/edit Like Andy said it's very slow paced.

But even if you decided not to play DayZ which is free, Arma 2 and OA are both good games anyway and worth the £15.

Correct.

And yeah it's good but not everyone will enjoy it as it can be slow paced.

Thanks guys, I'll take a look. Hopefully Operation Arrowhead will be in the Summer sale so I can pick it up cheap and give DayZ a go.

DoW and DoW II are quite different. I guess it depends on your preferred type of game but personally I preferred DoW which was much more RTS where as DoW II has RPG elements that make it more of a tactical RPG/RTS hybrid.

Either way DoW Platinum would be a great and cheap way to get yourself started in the series, they are huge amounts of fun and lots of hours of gameplay for the money.

Thank you, I will get the Platinum Edition and go from there.

This space marine is quite good when it works, don't think I'll replay it though this bullet time type slowdown thing it has going on is starting to get on my nerves, wish i'd saved the £5 to be honest

There's a new Groupee's bundle....

Think it's probably worth a £5 or so for Hamiltons Great adventure, and the car crashes (both in different ways) that are Postal 2 and Garshap.
Some register on Steam. Because that's IMPORTANT!!!!!!!

Just want to make it clear, that is PoStal 2, NOT PoRtal 2 ;)

The first Dawn of War has no widescreen support. I bought it in the last Steam sale, but have never played it due to this. I even looked for a fix, but never solved it.

Just so you know..

You can do custom resolutions on dow1, but only with the retail version by only updating to a certain patch level. Since the steam version is pre-patched, you're buggered :(
