I just don't understand how they can be so bad at time trialling, the threshold training you do for climbing mountains must be relatively applicable to TTing and by now they should have adapted.

Climbing is about power:weight ratio. TTing is more about pure power.

They would just continue. It would be unfortunate for the late starters but thats just how it works.

Superb ride by Cancellara, I didn't think he'd do it this year with the year he's had so far! Wiggins done v well though and a great ride by Tejay Van Garderen in fourth place!

Is there a HD stream anywhere? I've got ITV4 HD downstairs through Sky but would like to watch it from my bedroom but the ITV stream isn't great quality.

I'd forgotten about that, it was on so much that the song used was really starting to annoy after a while.

I think thats the only annoyance with watching the Tour, constant ad breaks, but they are pretty much the same ads every time.

The Skoda advert was shown on the ITV4 stream before it went live, but unsure if it's in ad breaks as well. Love it.
